Russia infrastructure funding is heavily reliant on the state funding with 60-70% drawn from the state budget. This is because most of the projects are public centric with restricted revenue generating base. The Government once planned to invest an average of USD 90-100 billion every year from 2014-2020 in infrastructure, until the global crisis, compressing the Government to look out for more financing options. Resulting, Russia is currently exploring PPP options for most of its projects while also offering incentives like lower interest rates on loans to attract more of private companies. Starting this, many of the international construction companies and suppliers are bidding for key megaprojects. Researchers in Kenya have mapped the animal feeds industry structure, nature, players, and challenges. They found that Feed producers and raw material suppliers are concentrated in and around the capital Nairobi and the central regions of the country. This has been attributed to the commercial dairy and poultry populations as well as the availability of industrial infrastructure, roads, water and electric power. The concentration of feed producers and raw material suppliers in and around urban areas has resulted in high transportation costs and high sale prices of the products in rural areas. This could also be the reason for the proliferation of many small and medium millers to fill the gap. Subscribe to us on YouTube: http://ow.ly/Zvqj30aIsgY Follow us on: Facebook: https://www.faceb...
